The turbine additionally contains a row of blades placed in its central part against the powder inlet nozzle. The turbine plane can be located at an angle to the vertical. The device comprises a powder inlet pipe 1, a turbine 2 with blades 3 along the periphery and an additional row of blades 4. The turbine is located in the housing 5. The solvent is supplied separately through the liquid inlet pipe 6, mounted perpendicular to the plane of the turbine against the blades 3. The device contains a dispersion pipe 7 located tangent to the turbine. The powder inlet pipe 1 is placed along the axis of the turbine, which is driven by the engine 8. The additional row has twelve blades inclined by 30 ° and is located in the central part of the turbine against the powder inlet pipe 1.
In one embodiment, the plane of the turbine is located at an angle to the vertical (Fig. 1).

The device operates as follows.
